Garant-Invest Commercial Bank, which is a closed joint-stock company, was founded in 1993 and received a banking license on November 12, 1993.

The Bank is licensed:

• to perform banking operations in rubles and foreign currency with individuals and legal bodies (license № 2576 as of September 24, 1999);
• to perform broker operations (license № 077-07634-100000 as of 23.04.2004, with no restriction on the period of validity);
• to perform dealer operations (license № 077-07636-010000 as of 23.04.2004, with no restriction on the period of validity);
• to manage securities (license № 077-07638-001000 as of 23.04.2004, with no restriction on the period of validity);
• Garant-Invest Commercial Bank licenses for the performance of maintenance services, distribution of cryptographic facilities and provision of services in the field of data encryption:
  1. License to provide maintenance services for cryptographic facilities (license № 0016575, registration number 6878 Х as of 20.03.2009);
  2. License to distribute cryptographic facilities (license № 0016576, registration number 6879 Р as of 20.03.2009);
  3. License to provide services in the field of data encryption (license № 0016577, registration number 6880 У as of 20.03.2009).

• The Certificate of Record in the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities issued by the Office of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Taxes and Levies, registration number №1037739429320 as of July 19, 2004.
