Moskvorechie Shopping and Entertainment Center
The project envisages the construction of a shopping and entertainment mall with the total floor area of 30 000 sq m and a parking lot with 427 parking slots, not far from the Kashirskaya metro station. The Shopping Mall will comprise 110 shops, a supermarket, 10 coffee shops and restaurants, eight-screen movie theater.
The total investments: USD 85 mln.
To be inaugurated: in second half of 2012
It is projected that the complex will have high buying flows, based on the following factors:
- location within 30 meters from Kashirskaya metro station and public passenger transport terminal;
- location near a major traffic artery - Kashirskoe highway and a spacious parking directly beneath the complex and nearby;
- complex is surrounded by residential development, scientific-medical and student centers;
- the absence of a multifunctional shopping centers within 5 km from the complex.
Shopping center “New Khimki”
Project includes purchase of uncompleted shopping center with total area 5500 m2. in Khimki and completion of its construction. The object is located on a busy crossings of Druzhba avenue and Melnikova street. Residential area next to the shopping center and several stops of public transport will provide high traffic in the shopping center.
There is ground parking space for 150 cars.
The total investments: USD 12.5 mln.
To be inaugurated:3-rd quarter 2011
The object is for investment sale.
Construction of commercial real estate for sale
Construction of district shopping centers with an area of 1500 m2.
Total investment program: USD 18 mln.
The Moi Magazin retail chain development program
Retail chain "Moi Magazin" development program is aimed at opening of supermarkets in the format "shop at home" and "shopping center's supermarkets" with an area of 600-1200 m2.
Store opening costs are estimated at $ 600 thousand.
The total investments: USD 16 mln.
To increase the profit of a trading chain was opened a plant for production of salads, cooking, and meat semi-finished products.
- "Shops at home" are adapted to daily shopping: food (including category fresh food: meat, vegetables, bread), household chemicals and related products. Assortment and price policy determine by the purchasing power of neighboring houses' residents and the competitive environment.
The advantages of the format "shop at home" are small costs compared to other formats stores' opening, high turnover per square meter, as well as the lack of strong requirements for premises and parking lots that allow to place them directly into residential areas.
"Supermarkets in shopping centers"-large supermarkets to sell the full range of food and drink, as well as products for household hygiene products, products for pets, toys, house ware etc. Many supermarkets have divisions of cookery, mini-bakeries, cafeterias, pharmaceutical and flower sections, points of services that creates maximum comfort for customers and leads to increased turnover. Typically, supermarket occupies a large area of the ground floor of the shopping center and is a point of attraction for shopping center's visitors as a whole. |
